Every month Lynfred Winery in Roselle donates 100% of their tips to a special charity and this June is IL Foster Closet.

You know what else is helpful when learning to walk, shoes that fit. May is Foster Awareness month and in honor of all the kids in care we are challenging you to donate a pair of NEW shoes.
You can donate by purchasing shoes on our Amazon wish list or donating to us directly.
ALL funds raised in the month of May are going into our Shoe Bank so that we can purchase new shoes!

January 2024 the board members of IL Foster Closet gathered together to celebrate all of our hard work in 2023 with a wine tasting event.
The board consists of a fantastic group of ladies who volunteer their time to make it all happen - picking up donations; reaching out to our communities, families and friends for support; dedicating time to organize and sort clothing, toys and necessities; prepare donations for pick-up by foster families; reaching out to supporters through our website and social media platforms - and all in that rare commodity of 'spare time'!
IL Foster Closet is grateful for all of our supporters, but a special thanks to this incredible team!

2023 Holiday Toy Drive
Thank you to all of the business, groups and individuals who pulled together for a successful holiday toy drive. In total we were able to help 25 families and over 40 kids to have a merrier Christmas. Everyone from the IL Foster Closet team is extremely grateful for everyone's help to accomplish this goal.

MAY IS FOSTER CARE AWARENESS MONTH
According to recent studies there are more than 20,000 children in foster care in Illinois. IL Foster Closet, NFP is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) who provides foster families with necessities needed to help the children flourish in their homes.
We need your help!
We need NEW clothes, socks, panties, underwear, pajamas, shoes, and gift cards for our kids in foster care. Our kids range from newborn to 18-year-old. Please consider making a difference by making a purchase from our Amazon wish list or make a monetary donation.

October 2022, we held our first car show and had over 30 participants. We thank Sweet N Brew Cafe in Addison, all of the car owners and enthusiasts that came out to enjoy the day and win raffle prizes.

There were two shows Pampered Chef consultant Lisa Stephano with the Brookfield Women's Club and
Pampered Chef consultant Jennifer Stover both helped our organization raise over $700 in May! That translates to 3 months of storage costs covered by your generous support! Thank you ladies!
